LionMoney Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Panideo Products Inc. DBA LionMoney ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue using our services.

1. Description of Services

LionMoney is a publishing company that enacts marketing services on behalf of trustworthy debt relief companies. We specialize in connecting consumers in need of debt relief with those companies. Our service is provided free of charge to users; we are compensated by the debt relief companies.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when filling out our forms or submitting any data through our marketing funnels.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in the inability to connect you with debt relief services.

3. No Fees for Users

Our services are provided at no cost to users. LionMoney receives payment from debt relief companies for marketing and lead generation services.

4. Service Availability

We strive to offer continuous service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Services may be unavailable outside of these hours or due to technical issues.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if:

You provide dishonest or inaccurate information.

You harass our employees or contractors.

Termination is at our sole discretion and may occur without prior notice.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services, it will be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association, and the venue for arbitration will be in Quebec, Canada.

Arbitration is final and binding, and neither party will have the right to litigate the dispute in court or to have a jury trial. Each party will bear its own costs of arbitration, and the arbitrator’s decision will be enforceable in any court with jurisdiction over the matter.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes or legal matters will be addressed under Quebec law.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.
